Sewer Hookups - Sewer Connection Converting your septic system by connecting to the city sewer system can be a daunting task. Ballinger Developments can help make the process go smoothly. We will obtain the city building permits, provide a connection plan, pump and demolish your existing tank, and connect to the sewer system all at affordable prices. Septic System Installation We have years of experience in installing septic systems for new construction and replacement of existing failed systems. In some cases, a septic tank repair or leach line repair is all that is necessary. We will evaluate your needs and make every effort possible to keep costs low in resolving your septic system problems.
Septic System Certification You may need a septic tank certification or C-42 inspection when you sell your home or apply for a remodel permit. We'll locate your tank and excavate it to check the condition of the tank, and whether or not the inlet or outlet fittings are intact, or if the tank is rusted or deteriorated in any way. If a minor repair is needed, we will complete it at that time at a reasonable cost. During the certification process it may or may not be necessary to pump the tank. We also will work with your escrow company.
